# Starbattery Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

1. **Pre-Order Deposit**

* Users are required to pay 10% of the Starbattery sale price as a pre-order deposit.
* The deposit, once paid, will secure your priority to purchase the product upon its release.

2. **Deposit Payment and Order Confirmation**

* Upon successful payment of the deposit, you will receive an order confirmation notice.
* Once the order is confirmed, your pre-order is officially in effect.

3. **Pre-Order Priority**

* Pre-order priority is determined by the time the deposit payment is completed. Products will be shipped in the order in which pre-orders were received.

4. **Payment of Remaining Balance**

* When the product is officially released and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification to pay the remaining 90% balance.
* Please complete the payment within the timeframe specified in the notification; otherwise, your pre-order may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. **Deposit Refund Policy**

* The pre-order deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where Starbattery cannot be delivered due to supply chain issues or other force majeure circumstances.

6. **Order Changes or Cancellation**

* If you wish to change or cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
* Cancelling the pre-order will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

7. **Delivery Time**

* The estimated delivery time will be announced when the product is released. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. **Changes to the Terms**

* Starpower Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official website or other communication channels.
