# Who Can Participate

From the perspective of user roles, there are two types of users:

* **Individual Users**: These are people who connect the electrical devices in their homes or their own commercial properties.
* **Institutional Users**: This category includes large property companies, hotel groups, chain malls, industrial parks, universities, and more.

Regarding user scenarios, these are mainly divided into four categories:

* **Residential**: Devices in homes such as air conditioners, water heaters, refrigerators, dryers, and washing machines can be connected to the network through smart plugs.
* **Commercial**: Central air conditioning and lighting in malls and office buildings.
* **Industrial**: Large electrical appliances and lighting.
* **Transportation**: Electric vehicles, charging stations, etc.
